Video About Joe Humphreys Wins National Student Journalism Award

A video function about legendary Penn State fly-fishing teacher Joe Humphreys—which aired final October on the “Centre County Report” newscast—earned its producer, Haley Jacobs, a nationwide scholar Edward R.
